Title: Facilities Manager Pay Rate $16.00 18.00/hr on W2 Location: Lincoln, NE 68462 Duration: 06 Months Shift: 7 am 7 pm Job Description: A. Job Purpose Sanitation workers perform a variety of tasks to keep the site clean, including cleaning, maintaining, and operating equipment and technology. B. Key Responsibilities (No More Than 10) EHS Responsibilities All Associates Know, understand and comply with all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines Report unsafe conditions Report all injuries, illnesses and hazardous materials releases Wear personal protective equipment Attend EHS training programs Follow all safe work procedures Job Responsibilities Cleaning: sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, cleaning windows, glass, and mirrors, and scrubbing walls, floors, lighting, vents and pipes. Driving or riding on auto scrubbers. Waste Management: collecting and disposing of waste, recycled materials and lab waste. Hazardous materials: handling and disposing of hazardous materials. Equipment Maintenance: maintain equipment and supplies and inspecting equipment for compliance with standards. Health and safety: Adhering to strict health and safety requirements and enforcing safety regulations. Coordinating and monitoring cleaning schedules, reporting maintenance or repair issues, and ensuring company cleanliness standards are met. Maintain stocks of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are adequately stocked and in good working condition. Gowning for clean zones: Distribution, return, sending out to be cleaned and gathering dirty gowning. C. Knowledge/Education/Experience Required Minimum Education Level High School diploma is preferred. Relevant GMP and cleaning experience can be substituted. Job-Related Experiences Describe what minimum experience this position will require the job holder to have obtained in past roles that would be beneficial to company. Demonstrated knowledge of safety compliance. Preferred knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMOs) and Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) including validation issues and change control process. Other Job-Related Skills/Background List any licenses, certificates, registrations, or any relevant job skills or abilities (not covered in educational background or job-related experiences sections above) that are required for the job. Attention to detail and strong work ethic to ensure high-quality cleaning and sanitization. Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift at minimum of 40lbs. Good communications skills to interact effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a dependable team player. Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and cleaning agents. Understanding of health and safety regulation and the ability to follow protocols and procedures.
