Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance & Facilities Manager to keep our equipment, facility, and utilities operating safely and reliably.

You will lead the maintenance department while remaining hands-on. The right candidate is comfortable troubleshooting equipment, making repairs, working alongside technicians, and responding to equipment failures.

You will be responsible for maintaining our manufacturing equipment, utilities, facility infrastructure, and building systems while managing preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, maintenance records, emergency repairs, contractors, maintenance planning, capital improvement projects, and audit support. You will identify opportunities to improve equipment and manufacturing processes, work with vendors to optimize equipment for our operation, and negotiate pricing for equipment, parts, and services.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 5+ years supervising maintenance employees.
  • Extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and process systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems up to 480V, including three-phase power distribution and motor controls.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, blueprints, CAD drawings, and P&IDs.
  • Experience supervising contractors and outside service providers.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), or the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Willingness to perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, equipment installations, and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Ability to work overtime when necessary.
