Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension; conversion to full-time employment possible)
• Pay Rate: $42.00 $43.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Overtime expected
• Background check with drug test required (CBRE Safety With Drug Test package)
