By afternoon, you’re completing preventive inspections, replenishing supplies, and collaborating with teammates to close out work orders.

What You’ll Do

• Handle routine upkeep such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Troubleshoot and complete basic plumbing tasks and drywall repairs.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and perform preventive inspections.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
• Track and maintain the maintenance supply inventory; report shortages promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Partner with teammates to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Comfort with tools, basic equipment, and general repair methods.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
