Maintenance TechnicianRequired Education: High School or equivalent Preferred Education: Two-year technical degree preferred. Required Experience: 5+ years of experience in repairing and maintenance. Experienced in troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment. Knowledge and experience in general maintenance procedures.Position Responsibilities: Acts as a lead for machine, equipment and tool maintenance and repair; works individually with limited supervision. Actively seeks opportunities to streamline and improve all production activities across all functional teams in a collaborative manner. Follows in-process inspection procedures, checks quality of work visually, and verifies inspections by completing records. Able to work occasional overtime or support critical issues when needed. Escalates barriers and issues immediately to supervisor and necessary support functions. Experienced in troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment. Knowledge and experience in general maintenance procedures. Ability to follow all safety procedures and programs per company policies.
