SUMMARY:
Dependable, handson Facilities Maintenance Technician to assist with repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance. Work includes general construction, painting, drywall repair, basic electrical, plumbing, and seasonal tasks like snow removal.
MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb for extended periods
Able to work an 8hour physical shift
Lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable shoveling snow for long periods
Valid drivers license
Teamoriented and able to assist with ongoing projects
Preferred: Construction experience preferred but training is available for motivated candidates.
