Job Functions:

• Set up and reset corporate spaces for meetings, conferences, and events
• Transport and set up items according to specified plans, including items such as furniture, appliances, drink coolers, tents, and other items necessary to accommodate planned meetings and events
• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and evaluate building systems and components to determine the need for repair
• Repair building systems and components found inoperative, damaged, or worn
• Support HVAC technicians with filter changes, equipment PMs, and troubleshooting to ensure optimum system performance
• Provide oversight for contracted services
• Perform manual physical labor, including lifting and moving materials, furniture, equipment, and supplies
• Work in a safe manner with personal safety and the safety of others as the number one priority
• Assist at Corporate Mail Distribution Center as needed

Experience and Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience is a plus.

Skills and Demands:

• Ability to do manual work for 8 hours per day
• The ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Work overhead, in tight areas, off of ladders, scaffolds, and at floor level
• Requires normal range of hearing and vision
• Valid drivers license is required

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) located at Loves Corporate Office in Oklahoma City. Typically the work hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
