Our client, a growing third-party logistics (3PL) provider with multiple warehouse locations, is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support operations across approximately six facilities. This role will be responsible for Keeping a network of buildings safe, functional, and in good working condition.

The Maintenance Technician will report to a designated “home base”facility where the company vehicle, tools, and maintenance supplies will be stored. Travel between facilities during the workday is required.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.


Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, and structural repairs
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on forklifts, pallet jacks, batteries, chargers, and warehouse equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
  • Assist with facility improvement projects, painting, repairs, and general upkeep
  • Support exterior property maintenance including snow removal and landscaping as needed
  • Maintain maintenance records, inspections, and preventative maintenance schedules
  • Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and repair parts
  • Follow OSHA and company safety standards
  • Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs when needed
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance, warehouse maintenance, commercial property maintenance, or industrial maintenance preferred
  • Experience servicing forklifts or warehouse equipment strongly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift 50–60 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
  • Valid driver’s license required
