Supervises the troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and installations of refrigeration systems, coolers, air compressors, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and apparatus, basic maintenance, repairs and installations tools and equipment, as well as maintain, replace, build, adjust and modify the facilities, buildings and the grounds according to a set schedule and in emergency and non-emergency situations. Observes all safety regulations and ensures quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Coordinates Maintenance work. Provides Maintenance Trainee training. Relieves Maintenance personnel for breaks. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience 1 - 2 years of maintenance lead experience in a warehouse or production environment. Associate's Degree/2-Year Technical Maintenance Training Experience in maintenance warehouse and/or production environment within the foodservice industry preferred. Strong electrical experience Supervisory experience preferred.
