What You’ll Do

• Facility upkeep — Perform daily maintenance, repairs, and improvements across our buildings and grounds.
• Construction tasks — Put your construction experience to work on small‑scale builds, renovations, and structural fixes.
• Tool mastery — Use a wide range of hand and power tools with confidence and precision.
• Team collaboration — Work closely with leadership and fellow technicians to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.

 What You Bring

• At least 5 years of maintenance experience — You’ve seen it, fixed it, and improved it.
• Solid construction background — You know your way around framing, drywall, repairs, and general building systems.
• Strong hand‑tool skills — Wrenches, drills, saws, meters — you’re comfortable with them all.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends — When the job calls, you’re ready.
