Salary: $34,000 – $38,000

Position SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Worker to provide general maintenance, repair, and upkeep for facilities throughout the FIVCO and Gateway Regions. This position is responsible for completing work orders, performing routine inspections, and ensuring buildings and equipment remain in safe and functional condition. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently across multiple locations.
**A company vehicle will be provided for regional travel related to assigned duties.
Duties and Responsibilities- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks as assigned through work orders.
- Maintain and repair building systems, equipment, fixtures, and facilities as needed.
- Complete all required documentation and paperwork associated with work orders within one working day of job completion.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs across assigned locations.
- Perform basic maintenance duties including plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs, painting, and general facility upkeep.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used safely and maintained appropriately.
- Follow all agency safety procedures and protocols while performing assigned duties.
- Travel between assigned sites throughout the FIVCO and Gateway Regions as required.
- Maintain professionalism and positive communication while working at various locations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- General knowledge and hands-on experience in maintenance-related tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and facility repairs.
- Ability to read, interpret, and complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned service regions.
