Help Launch And Support A Cutting-Edge Regulated Medical Device FacilityWorking closely with site leadership, this individual will assist with equipment installation, commissioning activities, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations while helping scale the facility for future growth.Job DescriptionSupport the operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and repair of facility systems, utilities, and production support equipmentContribute to facility expansion efforts, including equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification activitiesExecute and enhance preventive maintenance programs across utilities, cleanroom environments, and operational equipmentMaintain accurate maintenance, calibration, and equipment records in accordance with quality and compliance standardsSupport controlled environment operations, including monitoring conditions and responding to deviationsCoordinate and manage external vendors and service providers performing maintenance and calibration workRespond to equipment and facility issues to minimize downtime and maintain continuity of operationsAssist with investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actionsEnsure all work is performed in alignment with safety, quality, and regulatory requirementsSupport audits and inspections by providing documentation and technical inputPartner cross-functionally with operations, quality, and engineering teams to meet site objectivesAssist with inventory management, spare parts tracking, and vendor coordinationSupport implementation and optimization of maintenance tracking systems (e.g., CMMS)Participate in off-hours support as needed to maintain operationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
