A growing and highly innovative medical device manufacturing organization is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to support a newly built, state-of-the-art production facility.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll play a key part in maintaining and optimizing facility systems, utilities, and cleanroom environments while supporting ongoing construction and commissioning activities.

Description
- Maintain and troubleshoot facility systems including HVAC, electrical, and utilities
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification activities
- Manage preventive maintenance programs using CMMS
- Maintain GMP-compliant documentation and maintenance records
- Coordinate contractors and vendors on site
- Support cleanroom operations and environmental monitoring (ISO 5-8)
- Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis
Profile
- 3-6 years of facilities or maintenance engineering experience
- Strong CMMS experience
- Experience in regulated environments (medical device, pharma, biotech)
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and electrical drawings
- Engineering degree preferred
- Hazardous waste handling experience preferred
- Spanish language skills preferred
