What You'll Do
As a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you'll help maintain and improve our facilities while supporting daily operations across the organization. Responsibilities include:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
Maintain grounds, parking areas, landscaping, and exterior spaces
Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanical projects
Monitor equipment and complete preventative maintenance tasks
Replace lighting, repair fixtures, and support remodeling projects
Ensure buildings remain clean, safe, and organized
Identify and report unsafe conditions or equipment concerns
Assist with moving furniture, heavy lifting, and facility setup needs
Build and repair equipment as needed
Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
Support special projects and additional assignments as directed

High School diploma or equivalent required
General construction and maintenance knowledge preferred
Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
Ability to safely operate hand tools and equipment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, work independently, and follow instructions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 80 pounds
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
