Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Coordinator
Trilogy Wellness | Western New York Immediate Opening -Multi-Site Grand Island, Wheatfield, Kenmore Locations Part-time to start, with the option to grow into full-time based on workload and mutual fit.

Trilogy Wellness is growing, and we need a dependable, hands-on Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Coordinator to keep our clinics and gyms safe, functional, and member ready. This is a high-impact role supporting 7 locations across Western New York.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Inspecting and maintaining gym equipment at our 4 MOG fitness locations • Performing minor equipment and facility repairs; coordinating larger repairs with vendors • Responding to and tracking maintenance requests across all 7 Trilogy Wellness sites • Working directly with approved contractors and service providers • Managing parts, supplies, and basic inventory needs • Traveling between locations weekly (and as needed for urgent issues) • Assisting with new location setups and equipment installation as we expand
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years’ experience in maintenance, facilities, equipment repair, or a similar hands-on role • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple sites • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally • Ability to safely lift and move 50+ lbs. • Clear communication and basic documentation skills • Experience in a gym, medical, rehab, or wellness environment is a plus—but not required
