Facilities Engineering Manager – Lancaster, PA
The Opportunity
Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturing company, has hired us to identify a Facilities Engineering Manager for their Lancaster, PA location.
This position reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for leading equipment engineering and reliability as well as facility maintenance for their electromechanical production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing engineering staff
- Providing technical expertise to engineering staff
- Partnering with other departments in product development efforts
- Maintain equipment and facility through preventative and predictive maintenance activities
- Lead continuous improvement activities
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- 6+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Management experience
- Experience with ERP systems and BOMs
Preferred:
- Experience with Lean manufacturing
