#Eng-IT-01 Facilities Engineer Location: Brigham City, UT Status: Direct hire Compensation: $65,000 to $88,000 Experience level: 5+ years of experience in an electrical or facilities engineering role
SUMMARY: This candidate will be responsible for plans, designs, and oversight of the reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities.
Responsibilities
Schedules and coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings.
Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition.
Inspects or directs the inspection of construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Education:
Must have an Engineering degree in a relevant field (Mechanical, Electrical).
Qualifications
Must have AutoCAD experience.
Be familiar with building and fire codes
Previous experience with Siemens building software is desired.
Previous experience with large, chilled water systems and Air conditioning systems.
