    Job TitleFacilities Engineer / Specialist IIICompensation$110.00/hrLocationMidland, MCOScheduleMonday–Friday, 40 hours per weekOvertime approved up to 50 hours per week; hours above 50 require additional approvalTarget Start DateASAPVehicleAgency-provided truck or vehicle allowanceScopeBrownfield Facilities Engineer responsible for providing operations support and surveillance for existing assets. The engineer will:
    • Lead individual small projects through completion
    • Debottleneck facilities and production batteries to accommodate new production volumes
    • Resolve potential safety and operational risks through engineering actions
    • Minimize downtime and optimize production from existing assets
    • Participate in area risk assessments, HAZOPs, Hazard Hunts, and Critical Operating Parameter Reviews
    • Lead downtime- and process-safety-related incident investigations
    • Identify improvement opportunities and develop project scopes of work
    • Perform risk assessments for new and existing facilities and close associated mitigation items
    • Lead performance testing and plant-based trials
    • Develop operating guidelines for facilities
    • Coach and mentor junior colleagues
    Skills and Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent professional experience
    • Extensive knowledge of engineering design standards, specifications, codes, and applicable safety criteria
    • Strong brownfield facilities and operations-support experience
    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to engage cross-functional teams independently and drive work toward business objectives and deadlines
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
    • Fluent written and spoken English, particularly for technical and business communications
    Interview Process
    • First interview conducted by Zoom
    • Second interview conducted in person, if needed
    • Approximately 45 minutes per interview
