The selected candidate will be employed by Xecutive Recruitment Inc and placed on a contract with our client.Position Overview As a Facilities Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of our client's facilities. You will work closely with the project management team to ensure that all facilities are built and maintained to the highest standards, while also ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement facility design and construction plans in collaboration with project management teamOversee the construction and renovation of facilities, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulationsConduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needsDevelop and manage facility maintenance schedules and budgetsCoordinate with vendors and contractors for facility repairs and maintenanceEnsure all facilities are equipped with necessary safety features and comply with health and safety regulationsAnalyze and improve facility processes to increase efficiency and reduce costsDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partnersStay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facility management to make recommendations for improvementQualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or a similar roleStrong knowledge of building codes and regulationsExcellent project management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and facility management softwareExperience with budget management and cost controlAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyKnowledge of safety and environmental regulationsProfessional Engineering (PE) license is preferred but not requiredBenefits Join our team at Xecutive Recruitment Inc and take your career to the next level as a Facilities Engineer.
