Our client, a fast growing Renewable Energy Manufacturer is looking for a Facilities Engineer.Responsibilities Gather and analyze data, blueprints, and reports to support facility planning and operationsDetermine facility and equipment specificationsAnalyze project costs and assist with budget preparationDesign and oversee facility expansions, layouts, systems, and quality controlsEvaluate operational systems and infrastructure to identify and improve efficiencyDevelop processing plans and optimize resource allocationPlan and coordinate infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedulesCoordinate and oversee contractors performing maintenance workEnsure compliance with applicable regulations, building codes, and health and safety standardsPrepare reports and compliance documentationReview and optimize preventive maintenance programs in the CMMSSupport asset management, documentation, and engineering activitiesApply working knowledge of HVAC, fire suppression, and high voltage systemsPrepare annual, 5 year and 10 year infrastructure plansReview and monitor current processes to improve efficiencySchedule routine maintenance activitiesTroubleshoot plant utility system issuesAnalyze opportunities for process and infrastructure improvementsPrepare technical specificationsAssist with development of annual master plansQualifications 5 to 10 years of experience as a Facilities Engineer or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of building processes and construction principlesUnderstanding of relevant regulations and building codesFamiliarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practicesExperience managing projects through the full lifecycleStrong analytical and organizational skillsProven ability to deliver projects on scope, on budget, and on scheduleStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organizationProficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and CMMS systemsAbility to work effectively with cross functional teamsEducation Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
