Primary Functions of this Role:
The Facilities Director supervises assigned facility-wide activities and services provided as a result of a partnership between Perfection Group, Inc. and a client. As part of this responsibility, the Facilities Director ensures all applicable systems and assignments are maintained, creating a safe and secure environment, and that the services provided by Perfection Group, Inc. are done so in an effective, complete and professional manner. They carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations’ policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include maintaining a stable, productive team environment; clearly communicating roles and responsibilities for all educational initiatives; monitoring and evaluating outcomes; documenting processes and improvement plans; addressing complaints, resolving problems and rewarding successes. Identifying additional opportunities throughout the facility to be incorporated in the partnership contract is also an integral part of this position.
•Manage multiple projects, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure timely project accuracy and completion.
•Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties.
•Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits.
•Manage financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency.
•Coordinate system repairs and monitor system performance.
•Maintains required documentation, reporting and data on a timely basis.
•Promote facility opportunities for added services and customer benefits.
•Practice and uphold company and customer confidentiality.
•Contribute to facility board meetings, and monthly facility discussions with customers.
•Proficiency with common computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Office 365, calendar, and work order applications).
•Other duties as assigned.
 
Position Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years of experience working in facilities management.
-Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams from the field to leadership.
-Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, automation and HVAC systems.
-Strong problem-solving skills: solutions minded.
-Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Knowledge of the principles/practices of people and administrative management.
-Knowledge of safety precautions related to materials, tools and hazards inherent in maintenance and custodial duties.
