Facilities Custodian

Loudoun Water, a public utility that provides water and wastewater service to customers in Loudoun County, has an immediate opening in the Facilities Maintenance department. 

This position will primarily report to the Ashburn location. The candidate should have previous commercial cleaning experience including floors, bathrooms, and kitchens required. Other duties include daily outdoor work including flower care, exterior window cleaning, pressure washing, and other typical commercial exterior functions.

Requirements: Possession of a valid driver’s license. Be available to work overtime as required to carry out job responsibilities and duties. Required to work outdoors in all environments for extended periods of time.
