Pay: $26.02/hour

POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Facilities Coordinator, you are entrusted with balancing organizational priorities including mail services, administrative, financial, project scheduling and daily production flow of the department.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work closely with Director of Facilities & Facility Manager to envision and enact more efficient processes in areas of department responsibility
• Oversee the mail services operations for the organization
• Vendor relationship maintenance and periodic review of all service agreements.
• Assist in communication and development of Facility related procedures, including alarm and evacuation training for staff
• Maintain access system for agency (keys and badges) and documentation
• Facility Department administrative support
• Work alongside the Facilities team to develop, influence, and nurture the HBH culture; participate in community-building work across departments
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL REQUIRED:
Required:
• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to effectively use simple math for a variety of purposes
• Language Skills —Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, squat and climb for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted

• Requires ability to speak audibly and listen actively.
• Requires ability to use computers, telephones and other office equipment.
