    Summary

    The Cleaning Technician is responsible for providing deep cleaning and sanitizing services to all of our restaurant locations. This position is graveyard hours working 4/10's Monday thru Thursday.

    Essential Functions and Key Position Accountabilities

    • Properly clean, sanitize and maintain restaurant equipment
    • Clean and disinfect common areas as assigned
    • Clean walls, floors, ceilings, woodwork, windows, doors, and sills
    • Clean and polish stainless steel surfaces
    • Dust fixtures, ledges and shelves
    • Follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transport it to designated areas
    • Ability to travel to our restaurant locations.
    • Report maintenance concerns to facilities team
    • Secure restaurant locations and ensure the building is locked/unlocked as required
    • Ensure security of company assets while on-site
    • Ability to work non-business hours including nights.
    • Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures/laws and adhere to safe work practices.
    • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time
    • Adapts to changes in work assignments and environment, is willing to assume additional responsibility and learn new processes
    • Support special projects and other designated activities, as assigned. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by Manager

    Minimum Qualifications

    EDUCATION

    • High School Diploma in a related field or equivalent

    LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

    • Must have valid Washington State Driver's License and pass DMV check

    EXPERIENCE

    • This position prefers at least one year of facility maintenance or janitorial experience in a restaurant environment
