A manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager in Seattle, WA. Working closely with local leadership and direct reports, the incumbent will manage the site's facilities maintenance program and oversee upcoming projects and initiatives.


The Role:

  • Manage the entire facilities and maintenance function for the site.
  • Manage maintenance duties following appropriate building codes, regulations, requirements, and general safety and good health practices.
  • Manage budgets/schedules for various existing and upcoming facilities projects.


The Candidate:

  • 5+ years of Maintenance and Facilities experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
