Facilities and Maintenance Manager SPCA Florida is seeking a reliable, experienced, and hands-on Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep, repair, and daily operation of our campus and facilities. We rely on our Facilities and Maintenance Manager to ensure our buildings, grounds, and equipment are well-maintained so our medical center, adoption center, and administrative facilities operate efficiently and provide a positive experience for clients, adopters, volunteers, and employees. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for performing and coordinating general maintenance and repair work, overseeing campus appearance and functionality, supervising the Groundskeeper, managing relationships with outside vendors and contractors, and responding promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, sound judgment, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, functional, and inviting campus for everyone who visits or works at SPCA Florida.
