Under the general supervision of the Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor, the Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator independently performs a wide range of facilities and maintenance repair and renovation work for SPY's 8 sites. This role is expected to collaborate with other members of the Operations team to perform necessary repairs, installations and facilities support functions; transport and store items and materials; make site purchases; coordinate with third party vendors; conduct janitorial services as needed; and perform other related facilities and systems support functions as assigned.

Driver Positions
Applicants are required to provide a copy of their driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles, along with a copy of their valid driver's license and proof of insurance. Job offers are contingent upon a satisfactory driving record.
