The Facilities Administrator will oversee multi-campus facilities use, build and manage processes, conduct multi-team collaboration, and provide administrative support for The Crossing Church’s campuses. This position is perfect for an outgoing individual whom God has gifted with exemplary organizational skills, influential communication abilities, and creative troubleshooting throughout a cross-disciplinary environment. This person will be a key agent as The Crossing fulfills a new vision over the next ten years.
What You'll Be Doing
Facility Operations Ownership, Oversight, and Coordination
- Administer The Crossing’s insurance policies, including but not limited to property, vehicles, events and contractor activities.
- Lead Facilities’ system integration in the cross-ministry, multi-campus, strategic scheduling process.
- Facilitate the scheduling, prioritization, and resourcing of routine and campus-wide events; collaborate with ministry personnel; troubleshoot & coordinate; train new personnel on scheduling processes and procedures.
- Coordinate Facilities Team utilization, personnel rhythms and limitations.
- Oversee Facilities Volunteer and Community Service “Join A Team” process, scheduling, training, tracking, and community building.
- Support contracting, procurement, and budgeting activities including Crossing facilities use, requests for proposal, selection, purchasing, approvals and invoicing.
General
- Maintain multi-campus system for key and access control tracking
- Coordinate and maintain training requirements for the Facilities Team
- Proficient on PC & Mac computer platforms
- Proficient in computer/smartphone-based applications (i.e. Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Asana, etc.)
- Schedule, prepare for, attend and track actions for weekly, monthly, annual meetings as necessary to satisfy Facilities Team functions.
- Other related duties as needed
What You'll Bring To The Team
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum Experience: Three years in a professional operations or similar administrator role
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferences
- Preferred Education: Associate’s degree in relevant field
- Preferred Experience: Five years in a professional operations or similar administrator role in an equivalent church setting or non-profit organization
