Our client, is a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Facets Developer for their Mountlake terrace, WA location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain .NET applications, including APIs and Azure function apps, tailored to healthcare environments.
  • Design and refine SQL queries, procedures, and database architectures.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to collect requirements and deliver robust solutions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations and security standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues pertaining to applications and databases.
  • Prepare detailed documentation of technical specifications and system processes.
  • Demonstrate experience with CI/CD deployments via Azure DevOps.
  • Preference will be given to candidates seeking Azure upskilling.
  • Experience working in Agile methodology environments is desirable.\
  • Build and maintain agentic workflows — including multi-step reasoning, tool use, and autonomous task execution.
  • Integrate and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to connect AI agents with external tools, APIs, and data sources.
  • Develop, test, and optimize prompts, pipelines, and agent orchestration logic.
 
Requirements:
  • NET Developer Job Description With SQL and Healthcare Experience
  • .NET Developer with advanced proficiency in SQL and proven expertise in healthcare applications.
  • Hands-on experience in Facets - Member, Claims, Providers, Accum and open access services (web / REST services APIs). Preferability to have experience to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems powered by Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting .NET-based solutions that facilitate healthcare workflows and comprehensive data management.
  • This position requires a thorough understanding of SQL databases, including query optimization and data modeling, as well as familiarity with healthcare systems and standards such as HIPAA, HL7, or FHIR.
