Responsibilities- Develop facade design concepts from initial sketches through detailed design.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and design documentation.
- Research materials, systems, and innovative solutions for facade performance.
- Ensure designs meet aesthetic, structural, and code requirements.
- Participate in client meetings and present design concepts when needed.
Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of experience in facade design.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, or similar).
- Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and construction details.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
