Seeking a talented and detail-oriented Facades Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing high-quality building facades and a strong understanding of architectural design principles, materials, and construction methods. Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop facade design concepts from initial sketches through detailed design.</li><li>Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure cohesive project execution.</li><li>Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and design documentation.</li><li>Research materials, systems, and innovative solutions for facade performance.</li><li>Ensure designs meet aesthetic, structural, and code requirements.</li><li>Participate in client meetings and present design concepts when needed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in facade design.</li><li>Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, or similar).</li><li>Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and construction details.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.</li></ul><div>Salary: $150K
