Fabrication Supervisor (2nd Shift) – Temp to Hire
Pay: $28.85/hr
Hours: Mon-Fri 1pm-10:00pm
We are hiring a Fabrication Supervisor for a 2nd shift, temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, supporting the fabrication team, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support fabrication team on daily operations
- Ensure safety procedures are followed and promote a safe work environment
- Monitor production, quality, and productivity standards
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Troubleshoot issues and help implement solutions
- Assist with scheduling, attendance, and performance management
Requirements:
- 2+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with safety standards and quality processes (ISO/OSHA preferred)
- Ability to problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; MRP experience a plus)
