Job Description:

Subcontractor Bonus Program

$1,000 at 14 days (perfect attendance required)

$1,000 at 60 days

$1,000 at 90 days

Position Summary

This role is responsible for constructing, maintaining, and testing mechanical equipment, machinery, and components. The position supports operational efficiency by identifying worn or defective parts and coordinating replacement as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Construct, maintain, and test mechanical equipment and components.

Identify machines and parts requiring replacement and place orders as necessary.

Follow established procedures and guidelines to complete assigned tasks.

Work under immediate supervision without the requirement for independent judgment.

Report directly to a supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

May require completion of an apprenticeship and/or formal training in the specialty area.

0–2 years of experience in the field or a related area.

Basic knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.

You should be proficient in:

  • Equipment Repair & Maintenance
  • Automotive Manufacturing Systems
