We’re LeEsquer Fit, owners of F45 Training Watertown, West Waltham, and SW Burlington. We’re owner-operated, hands-on, and building something we’re proud of. This isn’t a corporate gym where you’re just another name on a schedule. You’ll know the owners on day one and work directly with people invested in your growth.
This role may occasionally support our SW Burlington and West Waltham studios.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for passionate, high-quality fitness trainers to lead team-based, high-intensity workouts and create an incredible member experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coach and motivate members through F45 workouts
• Conduct goal-oriented consultations with trial members
• Correct exercise form and provide regressions/progressions
• Promote F45 memberships and support retention efforts
• Assist with light front desk responsibilities
• Demonstrate exercises with excellent technique
• Set up, clean, and break down studio equipment
GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year of personal training or group fitness experience
• F45 experience is a plus, but not required
• Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, AFAA, PTA Global, etc.)
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
• Group training certification preferred
• Strong understanding of functional training and HIIT
• Comfortable leading groups and coaching on a mic
• Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday mornings)
