(Lockheed Martin)''s most successful Combat System Integrator (CSI) specializing in large, sophisticated integration projects. We take advantage of advanced engineering practices and modern technologies to design, develop and integrate combat systems. The successful candidate will contribute to the Lockheed Martin F127 CSI Integration Test and Evaluation (IT&E) working for the Acceptance Team Lead as follows:

  • Test & Trial review and approval process to include; shipboard Trials; Set-To-Work (STW), system Integration, Harbour Acceptance Trials (HATs), Sea Acceptance Trials (SATs), and follow-on customer driven testing
  • Identification of Combat System integration issues so that priority defects are corrected to meet acceptance defined activities
  • Trial Report review and approval process to include data collection analysis results and report findings as necessary to key stakeholders
  • CSI Trial Development
  • CSI Trial Execution

Planning

  • Support planning Combat System equipment configuration requirements for the combat system Acceptance
  • Defects reporting and documentation
  • Support key stakeholders to effectively manage and coordinate build dates and testing requirements
  • Support in the planning and coordination in the F127 Acceptance program
  • Support the planning of Trial Resources to support the F127 Acceptance program

Reporting

  • Escalate issues that impact planned test events to senior leadership in real time
  • Support in the maintaining of current metrics for Acceptance defined activities
  • Attend Daily Stand-up to report out on major issues.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience
  • Must have an aptitude for solving challenging problems in a team environment
  • Must have a high degree of initiative and autonomy.
  • Experience with Acceptance Trials in a Naval program
  • Experience with IBM Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) is considered an asset
  • Experience with Agile Scrum methodology is considered an asset
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with Scheduling
  • Active security clearance is considered an asset
