Forward Deployed Engineer / Solution Architect (GenAI)
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid - 3 Days)
Full-Time (FTE)
We are hiring an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer / Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions for Fortune 500 organizations. This role requires a strong engineering mindset, hands-on development experience, and the ability to work directly with Enterprise Architects, CTOs, and C-Level executives to solve complex business and technical challenges.
Required Skills -
10+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Engineering or Solution Architecture
Strong hands-on experience with Java, Python, APIs, Microservices, Distributed Systems, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience building and deploying GenAI, LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions
Hands-on experience with Kore.ai, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI Agent frameworks
Experience integrating enterprise platforms including CRM, ERP, Contact Centers, and Communication Systems
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, scalability, high availability, and production deployments
Excellent communication skills with experience engaging senior technical leaders and business stakeholders
Preferred Skills -
Voice AI, IVR, SIP, WebRTC, Speech-to-Text, and Text-to-Speech
Prompt Engineering and LLM Application Development
Experience with AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Palantir, Pega, or similar enterprise platforms
