EZGO Channel Development Manager Description Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves. Responsibilities: + Drive product knowledge, channel acceptance, and sales productivity in the consumer market. + Develop and implement competitive plans and strategies to cultivate new business opportunities. + Manage dealer and distributor sales training. + Maintain sales and market information within CRM platform. + Collaborate with legal and sales departments to process and complete dealer terminations. + Complete territory channel report on a monthly basis via MMR. + Communicate product information to applicable company representatives concerning possible field product problems. + Develop existing channel partners with the implementation of support tools and training to drive organic growth within the business. + Provide competitive intelligence to leadership on product trends, competitive programs, and other market intelligence to support consumer sales efforts. + Perform distribution gap analysis to support dealer development actions and additional planning. + Collaborate with management team on development of new product or service features that will meet current and future customer needs. + Collaborate with internal departments in the development and implementation of strategies, plans, and business models. Qualifications Qualifications: + Education: Bachelor's degree required + Years of Experience: 3 or more years of relevant experience required + Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Salesforce Textron's compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs.
