Key Responsibilities:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
Troubleshooting and operating extrusion lines
Team Management:
Lead and mentor cell team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Conduct daily huddles to communicate goals, updates, and address team concerns.
Support employee development by providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement using Lean principles.
Monitor workflow and suggest changes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action plans for production issues.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure production lines meet quality standards and address deviations promptly.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to maintain compliance with specifications and procedures.
Resource Management:
Coordinate the availability of materials, tools, and equipment for uninterrupted operations.
Maintain accurate records of production data, downtime, and maintenance needs.
Communication:
Serve as the liaison between the cell and upper management, providing regular updates and reports.
Facilitate effective communication among team members and other departments.
