We are seeking an Extrusion Operator to set up, troubleshoot, and operate extrusion machinery across day and night shifts on a 12-hour rotational schedule with shift differentials for nights and weekends. Responsibilities include preparing equipment for color, grade, or die changes, running machines to produce in-spec products, monitoring process data, collecting samples, maintaining safety standards, and keeping accurate records. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with manufacturing or extrusion experience preferred. Skills in reading technical documents, teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and ISO standards is a plus.
