Job Listing: Tommy's Express Team Member

• Location: Tommy's Express Car Wash
• Address: 4089 Tutt Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80922
• Position: Full-Time/Part-Time
• Pay: $17.00/hr.

Job Description for Entry-Level Position:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
• Site Maintenance: Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the site and car wash area.
• Basic Operations: Learn and assist with basic car wash operations and equipment usage.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and follow directions from supervisors.
• Promote and express services and memberships
• Become knowledgeable about the Tommy's Express app and be able to walk a customer through the sign-up process
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Learning and Growth: Take the opportunity to learn various aspects of the car wash operation.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned

• Highly reliable and punctual.

• Comfortable with technology and able to adapt to new tools and systems.
• Ability to work inside and outside in a loud environment with car wash equipment.
• Physically able to handle activities such as lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, reaching, and stooping.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
• Work outdoors in a loud and wet environment
• Constant physical activity including lifting, bending, and reaching

Shift and schedule: Available morning, nights and weekends. Full time/Part time opportunities available
