- Position: Full-Time/Part-Time
- Pay: $17.00/hr.
Job Description for Entry-Level Position:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
- Site Maintenance: Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the site and car wash area.
- Basic Operations: Learn and assist with basic car wash operations and equipment usage.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and follow directions from supervisors.
- Promote and express services and memberships
- Become knowledgeable about the Tommy’s Express app and be able to walk a customer through the sign-up process
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Learning and Growth: Take the opportunity to learn various aspects of the car wash operation.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Big smile, friendly demeanor, positive energy
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience.
- Highly reliable and punctual.

- Comfortable with technology and able to adapt to new tools and systems.
- Ability to work inside and outside in a loud environment with car wash equipment.
- Physically able to handle activities such as lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, reaching, and stooping.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
- Work outdoors in a loud and wet environment
- Constant physical activity including lifting, bending, and reaching
Shift and schedule: Available morning, nights and weekends. Full time/Part time opportunities available
