Position Overview

Morin's is hiring an Exterior Remodeling Installer / Carpenter to install siding, seamless gutters, trim, flashing, windows, and doors on residential projects.

This is a hands-on field role for someone with exterior carpentry, remodeling, siding, window, gutter, or residential installation experience. You'll work with other crew members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to Morin's quality standards.

The right person is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working outdoors and at heights, and takes pride in leaving behind a clean, professional finished product.

Responsibilities

• Install seamless gutters, downspouts, steel siding, vinyl siding, exterior trim, and flashing.
• Install windows and doors so they are plumb, level, square, and properly weatherproofed.
• Measure, cut, fit, and finish materials accurately.
• Keep job sites safe, clean, organized, and efficient.
• Work from ladders, near roof edges, and in attic spaces when needed.
• Track time, materials, and job notes using JobNimbus and QuickBooks Workforce.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule and to company standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of residential exterior carpentry, remodeling, siding, window, gutter, or related installation experience.
• Strong measuring, layout, cutting, and installation skills.
• Good attention to detail and pride in finished work.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work well with a team.
• Willingness to learn and use digital tools such as JobNimbus and QuickBooks Workforce.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to carry ladders, work safely at heights, and access attic spaces when required.
