Job Title: Exterior Project Specialist – Roofing Sales
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor, 100% Commission Based (Some W2 positions may be open routinely - inquire within)
Location: KS/MO Region (Field-Based)
Earnings: $70,000 – $150,000 OTE Annually

What You’ll Do
- Business Development: Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in storm-impacted areas and proactive networking with realtors, insurance agents, and local professionals to build a referral pipeline. Some company leads may be provided!
- Property Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of roofs, gutters, and siding to document damage and project needs.
- Client Education: Educate homeowners and business owners on a variety of solutions, whether through insurance claim navigation, retail roof replacement, or offering in-house financing options.
- Project Management: Manage projects from contract signing through completion, including meeting with insurance adjusters on-site to represent the homeowner's interests.
- Closing & Collection: Pick up payments for projects, manage final documentation, and close the project out to the customer's total satisfaction.
What We Provide:
- Commissions: You get paid through 100% commissions on storm restoration projects. The average commission on a project is $1,500-$2,000.
- Weekly Bonuses: Additional bonuses outside of your commissions, based on performance targets or weekly competitions with sales team.
- Full Training: No prior experience in roofing or restoration is required; we provide the training.
- Tech & Support: Sales tools, professional marketing materials, and a clear advancement path into leadership.

Requirements
Compliance & Requirements: As a 1099 Independent Contractor with us, you are responsible for your own business entity and general liability insurance (or willing to establish upon hire).
- Mobility: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (must be able to carry a ladder).
- Physical: Comfortable with heights and the ability to climb ladders and walk roofs safely.
