Exterior and Roofing Estimation Specialist

A&A Quality Roofing and Superior Exteriors is looking for a full-time Exterior and Roofing Estimation Specialist in Mountain Home, AR.

Compensation:

• Competitive Pay: This is a full-time job where you can earn $40,000 to $75,000 per year, paid solely on a performance-based basis.
• Work Schedule: You will work Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 4 pm. You start your day at home and go straight to your job sites. There is no need to check in at an office. Once a week, you will go to a team meeting in West Plains, Missouri. Most of your work will be within a one-hour drive of Mountain Home.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

As an Exterior and Roofing Estimation Specialist, you will look at roofs, siding, and other parts of homes and buildings, checking for damage from storms, wind, hail, or age. You will take notes and photos, measure roofs and houses, and talk with customers about what they need, different materials, warranties, and payment options. You will then put together clear and accurate estimates so customers know what to expect. Your goal each day will be to help customers feel confident about their choices and repairs.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS...

• 2+ years of estimating experience (residential or commercial)
• Experience in roofing, siding, and construction
• Proven track record of bidding and winning profitable projects
• Knowledge of all trades, including roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, windows, spray foam, blown-in, and roof coatings (preferred)
