  • Coordinate testing, validation, training, and change management activities to support VMS implementation readiness.
  • Support manager enablement by developing materials, reinforcing approval workflows and governance expectations, and providing coaching on applicable policies and procedures.
  • Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures, training materials, and communications to support program updates.
  • Track action items, milestones, and dependencies across program activities and stakeholder groups.
  • Identify operational gaps, analyze root causes, and recommend process improvements that enhance compliance and efficiency.
  • Partner with program stakeholders to support adoption and sustainment of new processes and controls.

Required Education Level

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience with vendor management systems (VMS) and/or workforce operations is a plus.

Other Requirements

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency working across multiple systems and data sources to support operational reporting and case management.
