West Hartford Public Schools is seeking to fill a position for a Physical Therapist for the Extended School Year (ESY) program. This position will support students from elementary to post-secondary grade levels.

Requirements:

• a valid state PT license
• prior experience as school-based Physical Therapist
• willingness to work with all ages, PreK-Post Secondary students
• 4 weeks, Monday-Friday (must be available during the whole program)
• providing Physical Therapy in a small group or one-on-one setting
• using evidence based practices that align with current goals and objectives of students
• maintain session data and notes on student performance
• responsible for submitting own working hours upon request
• submit end of program progress notes
• fluent with CT-SEDS
