Automotive Quick/Express Lane Technician Ford Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
- Check and replace filters, fluids, bulbs, batteries, and wiper blades
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections and clearly document findings
- Communicate needed repairs to service advisors accurately and professionally
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all dealership processes, manufacturer standards, and safety guidelines
- Support shop flow and efficiency in a fast-paced Express Lane environment
Automotive Quick/Express Lane Technician Ford Benefits & Compensation
Compensation: The Quick/Express Lane Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.
- Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18.00 and $29.00.
- The position may also pay a product on bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any xed upper limit.
- This position may also pay a retention bonus of $0.75 per every booked hour.

Automotive Quick/Express Lane Technician Ford Qualifications
- Specializing in Alignment and Tire Installation
- Previous automotive or lube technician experience preferred, but not required
- ASE certifications a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to stand, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods
