Your Role:

• Collaborate with the service team to deliver efficient, expert care on every customer vehicle

• Perform minor services including lube, oil, and filter changes, following all dealership and manufacturer procedures

• Conduct thorough multi-point inspections on each vehicle (Customer Pay, Warranty, Extended Warranty)

• Identify all legitimate service and repair needs and document recommendations in the Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) report

• Prepare accurate estimates for additional work and communicate findings to the Service Advisor for guest approval

• Assist fellow technicians with light mechanical duties as needed

• Maintain excellent communication with Service Manager, Service Consultants, and technicians to meet Lexus time standards and exceed guest expectations

• Keep the shop clean and equipment calibrated to Lexus standards

• Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to a smooth, professional shop environment
