We are seeking an Export Manager to oversee all export operations from designated facilities/regions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality standards.
- Lead a team of seven professionals in booking freight, documentation, and customer communication.
- Manage order processing, shipping, and documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics, compliance, veterinary, and government teams to meet health and export regulations.
- Develop team skills, set performance standards, and handle customer inquiries proactively.
- Build relationships with logistics providers and analyze data to optimize costs and service.
- Ensure adherence to invoicing procedures and resolve customer complaints.
- Must have 5+ years of international export experience, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to travel domestically and work in a global, dynamic environment is required.
