Export Logistics Specialist
Overview
Established facility in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Export Logistics Specialist to support international shipping operations, documentation, and coordination with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare export documentation (commercial invoices, BOLs, shipping labels)
- Coordinate freight, pickups, and shipments with carriers and warehouses
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and customs requirements
- Work with customs brokers and 3PL partners
- Support internal teams and customers with export logistics needs
- Troubleshoot shipment issues and manage schedule changes
Qualifications
- Experience in export logistics, shipping, or supply chain
- Knowledge of export documentation and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with ERP/logistics systems preferred
