Location: La Madre – Mill District, Minneapolis, MN
Pay: $17–$19/hour +Tips

Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Expo team members to join our kitchen staff. As an Expo (Expeditor), you play a critical role in ensuring food is presented accurately, efficiently, and to our standards before it reaches our guests. This position serves as the communication bridge between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate food orders for timely delivery
- Ensure all dishes are prepared correctly and meet presentation standards
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line
- Assist with quality control and accuracy of all outgoing orders
- Support team members as needed in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Availability for nights and weekends (required)
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Schedule:
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
Compensation & Benefits:
- $17–$19 per hour (based on experience)
